Healthy Summer Options

After the long Jubilee weekend and the strike of June we’ve been thinking about our waistline and so have our customers.

One of the most health conscious dishes on our menu is our very sustainable and fresh sashimi of Yellowfin tuna, served with a fiery wasabi, soy and pickled ginger. It’s one of those dishes that packs ultimate flavour without ultimate calories.

Another of our wholesome dishes comes from the crystal clear waters in the Scottish Hebridean Islands and is a textured alternative to salmon. Steamed in brown paper our Isle of Ghigha halibut is served with spring onions & ginger and is a high quality and popular fish.

Alternatively the tender line-caught sea bass and Portland crab, served with goats cheese, red peppers and a delicious pine kernel salad with vinaigrette is a stellar choice with many of our diners looking for a light summer option.

If you would like to discuss any dietary requirements please ask our manager, Andy, who will take the time to find you the perfect dish. You can also phone Andy at Gamba on 0141 572 0899.
