Chef patron Derek Marshall is proud to feature in the Scotland edition of The Great British Cookbook. His cooking skills have seen him chosen to feature alongside the best chefs across the country. 200 chefs in total have given 200 recipes across 10 different regions for the books.

The first ever Great British Cookbook will go on sale 2014 in aid of Macmillan and Hospitality Action.

Celebrating our very diverse culture, uncovering extraordinary dishes served up in the 100s of restaurants, hotels and pubs across our great nation. As well as recipes of mouth-watering dishes, there will be features on seasonal produce, growers, suppliers and featured articles on butchers, bakers and fishmongers.
