Valentines Day at Gamba Glasgow
Derek has created a romantic three course Valentine’s Day menu for those spending the weekend in Glasgow. His three course menu will run from Thursday, 13th February until Sunday, 16th February.
Derek uses the freshest ingredients and sustainable seafood to create spellbinding flavours in all his dishes. His Valentine’s Day menu features dressed Portland crab meat with smoked caviar, smoked salmon from Marrbury, Isle of Gigha Halibut and a local selection of Scottish cheeses. Duck confit and Scotch beef are also on the menu for those preferring a meat alternative to seafood. Our Valentines Day menu is priced at £40pp and our a la carte menu will also be served on Saturday, 15th February.
