Welcome to Glasgow’s finest seafood restaurant – Gamba Glasgow.
Gamba is an award winning seafood restaurant in Glasgow’s city centre serving the finest sustainable seafood that Scotland has to offer and a range of exceptional wines in a relaxing setting.
We’re passionate about sourcing and delivering the best produce with our fish direct from sustainable stocks. It’s then cooked with respect using fresh seasonal ingredients to offer an extraordinary dining experience. Expect to find some of Scotland’s best seafood on our menu – which is updated every six weeks – including locally sourced Isle of Gigha halibut, Scottish lobster and Scottish smoked salmon from Marrbury.
At Gamba we care about what we put on a plate. Our executive chef and owner – Derek Marshall is committed to reducing his carbon footprint and this dedication has resulted in Gamba being the first Glasgow member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA). Derek also lends his support to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstal’s campaign against the dumping of dead fish – something our customers respect and support, the Love Food Give Food campaign for child poverty and the Marine Conservation Society.
Dine with us at Gamba to enjoy the best sustainable seafood dishes Scotland has to offer.
