This sheep’s milk cheese is crumbly, soft, creamy and slightly salty with a clean forceful flavour.
Kintyre Howgate Brie
A soft mould ripened cheese with a bloomy rind. Matured for a few weeks, it is rich and creamy with a classic ‘mushroom’ aroma.
Though it is mild cheddar it possesses many layers of flavour and texture which make up for it, gentle yet exciting on the palate.
An unpasteurised, mould ripened goat’s cheese. Firm paste but creamy texture with mild to medium mellow flavours.
